Nestled on the southern outskirts of Henderson, Nevada sits the cozy suburb of Siena. Henderson, the city from which Siena was formed, is ranked third among the Best Places to Retire in the United States.

Siena is the ideal location for The Palms to be a community of comfort and accessibility - just a short trip from beautiful Lake Mead, only seven miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip and close to a variety of cultural, educational and recreational options. In addition, we are within minutes of shopping, libraries, fine restaurants and St. Rose Dominican Hospital, the area's newest healthcare facility.
